2017 has brought new changes to Wautoma Rotary, and we are pleased to announce that the monthly 50/50 prize & raffle has brought us in excess of $600 already! This is new money for the club and we thank all who have donated prizes or participated! Every 1st week of the month each Rotarian and guest will have the opportunity to buy raffle tickets for $1 ea or 7 for $5. Cool prizes will be collected by in-kind donation, and then raffled off. There will always be two winners! If you buy tickets and are not drawn for the prize, a second winner will be drawn to collect half the day's take.
Win the money but want the prize instead? You get first chance to buy it from the winner! Use the money you just won.
It is yet to be decided how the raised funds will be used by the club. It was discussed that a raffle fund will be created and built up, but raffle day speakers' organizations could benefit as well. Since Reign Volleyball Club has donated January's prize, they will collect the inaugural raffle's take.
ALL are welcomed to join us for any Wednesday Club meeting, but the first week of the month should prove to always be just a little sweeter! Come for the fellowship, stay for the pizza, win some money, and serve with us. We are Wautoma Rotary.
