Wautoma Rotary co-presidents for the 2022-2023 year are Craig and Julie Walker. After raising their two children, Christine and Eric, in Janesville, Wis., they retired to Silver Lake in Wautoma. They became active in Rotary shortly after settling in.
"We've found the folks here to be warm and welcoming, especially our fellow Rotarians," Craig explains. But they recognized the need around them, and with newfound free time, they decided Rotary was a great way to give back.
Craig served as president in the 2020-2021 year. Julie has been a member since 2017. They invite everyone to join them for a meeting or two, Wednesdays at noon, at the Stahl Celebration Center just east of Wautoma.
